Refunds

Our goal is to provide high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may have a manufacturer defect. In these cases, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products & 14-day replacement policy for manufacturer defects. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards. To avoid disease and pestilence (thanks COVID), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used or opened. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.

Return Process

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of your intent to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We may request a photo or other evidence of the product's condition. To request a refund, please contact us at returns@gildedarmory.com. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is unused and in its original condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that while we strive to process refunds within 10 days, the actual time it takes to reflect on your bank or credit card statement may vary due to the processing time of your financial institution.

Manufacturer Defects

If your product stops functioning within 14 days of receipt, and you have not done anything strange for some change with it, please contact returns@gildedarmory.com to request an exchange for the same item. Please make sure to include all accessories and packaging to ensure a smooth replacement process. If the specific item is not in stock, a store credit will be issued for the full price paid. To request a refund for a manufacturer defect, please contact us at returns@gildedarmory.com within 14 days of receiving the product. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund, which may include submission of a photo or other documentation.

If your product stops functioning after 14 days, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, many of the products we carry have a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are unsure if your product has a manufacturer’s warranty, and/or the manufacturer’s information is not included in the product description, please feel free to reach out to talk2us@gildedarmory.com so we can assist you to the best of our ability.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of purchased products. By purchasing from our store, you assume all risks associated with the use of the products. This refund policy is subject to change at any time. The updated refund policy will be posted on our website. By purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by this refund policy.
